About Sajjad Jaffery

At the underground we strive to give a voice to UTSC students. Last year I had the opportunity to help students do so through the science and health section and this year I will continue to do so in a larger more challenging role as editor of the news section. I hate the small talk where I have to spit my year and program and all the other jazz that may make me seem more employable, appealing or whatever. To be very honest, I just hope to serve the students in the best way possible, have fun on the way and maybe do something never done before. I wish to connect with all students so if you see me wandering the halls don’t hesitate to stop me and ask about the Underground.

It’s extremely hard to imagine this campus without the library being filled with swagged-out Asians, or the Tim Hortons’ sans a mob of emotionally bursting brown girls.
